I've heard a lot about Alex Vargas, and with the backing of some great names in the magazine world (Pigeons and Plans as well as Clash) I just had to see what he was all about. "Shackled Up" is the new track taken off his forthcoming EP "Giving Up The Ghost" and sees him show off the diverse vocal range he beholds and is a pure pop-anthem for the modern ages.
