Monico Blonde unveil shimmering new track "When Girls Cry"

Monico Blond have recently revealed their brilliant new track, "When Girls Cry", via BBC Radio 1 late on last week. The accompanying music video, directed by Hamish Kay, showcases the dating scene and modern love in the social media age, embraced with one another but still on their smartphones.

The new single combines Johnny Marr riffs with a chorus to make Fleetwood Mac blush, all wrapped in the irresistible pop shine of producer Gethin Pearson (who has worked with the likes of Charli XCX, Kele Okereke, To Kill A King). It sounds like Monico Blonde are looking to go far, by the sounds of it they are onto a winner.

The track is also on out new Spotify playlist - where you can find it amongst other great tracks!
