The 1975 will release another new album called "Notes on a Conditional Form" in 2019

Yep, we've not even heard more than 4 minutes of new music from the band's third album, however we now know that the band will be releasing a fourth album, "Notes on a Conditional Form", in May of 2019 - watch the short interview below.
