Simon On The Moon unveils artistic video for 'Stromboli' [IAI Premiere]

Simon On The Moon has debuted his video for his past single, 'Stromboli. Taking cruiseship footage and film extracts, the video captures the escapism of boat traveler vacations. Guiding each piece of film, Simon's lyrics dive into messiness, losing yourself and experiences of love in his directed clip with Carl Larson.

Speaking on the background of the video, artist and director Carl Larsson commented "When we set out to do this music video, we wanted to capture a feeling of freedom and escapism. We were also keen to do something “Swedish”, something authentic to us and at the same time dreamy. We basically hopped on a cruise ship with a camera  and filmed it all. All the people onboard were really ready to let go of responsibilities and escape to an alternate reality, it was beautiful”

The single is taken from his debut EP named 'Milk', the self-released, slick and groovy five-track record sees Simon take on an laidback R&B vibe throughout.

Quoting about how the song came together, Simon puts “Stromboli is about Ingrid Bergman (may she rest in peace) and some people close to me. I wanted to do a two-timing anthem, something you can drive around to at night"
