With their debut full-length ‘Warped’ showcasing the band’s unique blend of reggae, hip-hop, rock and funk, multifaceted New Zealand-based outfit Summer Thieves now return to continue the support for their forthcoming new EP with this delightfully upbeat ‘Hands’.
Taking a page out of Glass Animals’ book, this new wonderfully breezy release continues the fresh and uplifting psych-pop direction they presented with their previous cuts ‘Get Away’ and ‘All I Want’ in previewing their forthcoming new EP, which is set to arrive early next year.
Speaking about their new offering, the band said, “We all have vices or bad habits that we tend not to shine a light on. This song was to put a positive spin on the negative and have a little laugh at ourselves and the stupid things we do from time to time.”
