Howlite releases dreamy new cut, "Infancy"

Coming right out of Melbourne in Australia, Howlite have recently released their shimmering dreamy new cut, "Infancy". This is the first slice of new music since the trio released their 2019 single "Olympia", and is carrying on the same sort of dreamy vibe too.

Having had their previous track picked up by Spotify, with it getting into their 'Fresh Finds' playlist as well as the 'New Music' in Germany and Switzerland. More praise has been found with Clash Magazine and even getting the people in Triple J excited.

Their sound has slowly evolved into this cinematic and dreamy mood, giving it that perfect blend of London Grammar and Lana Del Rey with enough of that sweet Australian musical talent to set it above the rest.

"Infancy" has got some soaring vocals, cinematic guitar tones with sharp yet crisp drum patterns, it doesn't stop there as there is a delightful mix of electronic percussion and synths added in for extra depth.

Speaking about the track, Howlite say - "The track deals with the idea of responsibility, growing up and having to take control of your life, but not feeling prepared; a feeling we're all too aware of with current times."

With some praise from high places it looks like, and sounds like, Howlite will be going places too. With over ten tracks on Spotify to pick from there's something for everyone, and now that "Infancy" is out to stream we feel like this track will get onto many more playlists yet and will push the band into the upper echelons. Australia always brings us amazing music and Howlite are once again proving us that, so head on down to check out their new track and be sure to follow them on their socials too.
