Laura Mustard releases soothing new single "Nobody's Road"

Laura Mustard has today released her soothing new single "Nobody's Road", which is her first release since her 2016 EP "Ramble On". Having started her love of music back when she was 6, playing piano, she has since developed a fantastic sound thanks to influences such as John Mayer, Taylor Swift and Otis Redding.

The new single is lifted from her forthcoming album "Treehouse", which is due to be released later on in 2020. "Nobody’s Road" was recorded in two home-studios in East Nashville, TN and
was produced by Ben Bishop.

"Nobody's Road" has some gorgeous and soothing vocals with a fantastic vocal range showcasing everything Laura is about.  There is plenty of harmonica, banjo and piano are all heard in the background, which gives it that very distinctive southern flavour.

"Nobody's Road" really does sound folk music at it's finest with nods of country added for extra texture.  Her sound just purely reminds us of a Ben Howard folk track mixed in with some Americana pop and Fleetwood Mac.

There is something about bands and artists from Nashville that instantly mean they're talented, I have no idea what it is, but we love it none the less. Laura Mustard's new track "Nobody's Road" is a great example of the blend between folk and country music, so head on down to check it out - and be sure to follow her on the socials as her new LP will be out soon.
