A VOID reveal their epic 2-part single "Sad Events Reoccur"

Not content with just the one single titled as it is, A VOID have recently revealed their 2-part single "Sad Events Reoccur", titled "Sad Events Reoccur, Part. 1" and "Sad Events Reoccur, Part. 2".

It's the latest offering from the emerging Rock band from London and is the first slice of new material since their 2018 album "Awkward and Devastated" - so it's been a while for their fans.

They've gone to make an AA-single that has more hooks than a butcher's shop.

The first part of the single 'part 1' starts off with jangly-ish guitars before being dropped faster than a clingy boyfriend, ensuring that you're gripped by the wall of guitars and making you entranced. The tone of the song is strongly reminiscent of mid 00's Biffy Clyro with the choruses and bridges being a highlight of the song, with screaming voices, deep bass, and thrashed drumskins.

'Part 2' starts literally as the first half is done, meaning that this could easily quite be a nearly seven-minute song if they weren't split up. Ever the fan of more content we delve into it, starting at a slower pace it picks right back up again just before the minute mark where the trio gets all prog-rock on us.

What the band has done is rather clever when you take a step back, rather than release a long rock tune that has a clear line between halves. They've gone to make an AA-single that has more hooks than a butcher's shop.

The two tracks will be lifted off of their upcoming album, keep in touch with the
