Bursting out of Cardiff in Wales we have Jump & Turner, and the duo has revealed their dreamy new tune, "Steppin". After their rise in 2020 during the midst of the pandemic fans found a new and vibrant band to sink their teeth into, and since the turn of the year, the duo has already dropped a new tune "Run" - which sounds like it's gone down well based off the Spotify stats.
... with their combination of hazy vocals and dreamy instrumentation they really could light up the live scene!
"Steppin" sounds like the duo is ready and eager to take on the big dream-pop acts in the UK, it's a three-minute Dreamwave that has elements we can compare to Jungle, 80s indie-rock bands, and smooth synth lines that will soothe you forever. As we're writing this review on the third play we're realising that "Steppin" is basically a funky dream-pop track for those day-dreaming night owls.
