Right out of the United states of America we have Elison and their dreamy as anything new single, "Lies". The single acts as their third ever release, following hot off the heels of fellow 2022 release "Hopes & Horoscopes".
The aforementioned single is currently their most played yet on Spotify, but after listening to "Lies" - and the B-Side single (more on that later) - it's clear that this might just be the track they need to break out.

"Lies" is just shy of three minutes of dreamy and ethereal perfection blended in with some shoegaze guitar washes. The vocals here are so sweet and tender, but they captivate you all the way to the end and will almost certainly give you the chills. The B-Side to the single is called "Light & Day" and see's Scott take lead on vocals and is more a guitar lead dream-pop track with more of an upbeat tempo.
With a Top 5 placement on the HypeMachine as well as radio plays in the USA and The UK the duo are still a relatively undiscovered act, and that's why you need to listen to them sooner rather than later!
