onedaybear reveals retro sounding new cut, "Marry You"

Rising Manchester-based artist onedaybear just this Friday gone dropped his pulsating new tune "Marry You". The single is the singer-songwriter's second since the debut track "Swim" came out last year and this new slice channels his local scene as you can hear huge nods towards The Rolling Stones and even guitar tones you'd hear in The Courteeners' tracks.

Even though the track is just 142 seconds long he packs in plenty to get your ears wrapped around. From the thick bass that is dominant throughout, to the guitar lines and vocals that remind us a bit of The Smiths. The charming backing vocals are a lovely touch too which caps off the track, but be sure to give the last third of the track as that's where onedaybear's talents come out to shine.

Having been in a few bands before going solo onedaybear is no stranger to the local scene and with tracks as strong as this being released I'm sure it won't take him too long until he's selling out a local venue.
