Newcastle's Palma Louca have been hitting some big numbers on Spotify with their singles, and the latest track to come from the Tyne and Wear trio is "Disappear" which sounds like it could easily smash it!
Acting as their first track of 2022 the band have not held back and have come out of the blocks with a big shoegaze tinted anthem. A slightly calming intro with soothing guitar lines and vocal melodies lures you in and as soon as the chorus comes in the track becomes alive with more prominent guitar lines.
The track has an almost grunge sounding moment in the latter third, which for me is the moment I knew I was going to be a fan. "Disappear" is one of those tracks that you have to listen right until the end to truly get it.
With the band having performed extensively in the North of England they've found themselves on a smattering of Spotify playlists and with a fanbase that loves everything they seem to drop! Head down below to check out some shows they're playing in the UK soon.
