The Forever Now releases new single, "Lover's City" featuring Trine Lyngvig

Copenhagen's The Forever Now mid-August released their cinematic new single, "Lover's City", the single also features Trine Lyngvig - who's known for her stunning ethereal vocals.

With airplay from all over Europe to some big Spotify playlist placements The Forever Now is the kind of artist that will only ever be getting bigger, someday I can see him being a household name all over the world - especially with tracks such as "Lover's City".

"Lover's City" from the very start is the kind of song that you know will pull at your heart strings and bring a tear to your eye, and four minutes long it certainly got me emotional. Speaking about the song singer-songwriter Montgomery de Luna (aka The Forever Now) mentions -  "If you’ve ever experienced the loss of parting ways with someone too soon, then you know what this song is about."

The single has incredibly delicate boy/girl vocals that inter-twine backed up with sublime string moments and very atmospheric synth noises. It's one heck of a cinematic track and I can easily see this being used in a Hollywood film for a montage of someone walking through the streets in a thunderstorm.

The single release is also backed up with two more tracks, "Reciprocal's - Cinematic Version" and "A Spark Becomes a flame" - both well worth your time.
