Yes We Mystic share one last track before breaking up, "Long Dream"

Coming right out of Winnipeg in Canada we have Yes We Mystic with their arty new single, "Long Dream". The track comes hot on the heels of the band smashing over half a million Spotify streams and is actually their first since 2020's release "An Echo".

Sadly the band are calling it a day on the 22nd of October later on this year, and "Long Dream" acts as the warm up to their third (and final) album "Trust Fall", which releases one day before they part ways.

"Long Dream" acts as a warm-up to an album most of their fans feel happy and equally sad about, but what it showcases is that Yes We Mystic will be breaking up on possibly one of their strongest releases ever!

The track is as arty and as quirky as ever, you've got some fragile vocals laid upon some almost clockwork like synth key tones and organic drum sounds. What the band has put together here sounds like a final farewell, it sums up their previous two albums into one concise track, you've got the dark undertone from their 2016 album "Forgiver" and the tender vocals that you can find in the track "Vanitas Waltz" (lifted off their last record "Ten Seated Figures").

"Long Dream" acts as a warm-up to an album most of their fans feel happy and equally sad about, but what it showcases is that Yes We Mystic will be breaking up on possibly one of their strongest releases ever! If you like what you hear please be sure to listen to the new album when it drops, then head back in time to fall in love with Yes We Mystic just like I have.
