South London artist Silas Armstrong has released his sun-kissed new track, "Silver", which is his first solo studio release since he dropped his debut album back in 2021. Since the release of his debut album the Brixton singer has gone on to get in excess of 180k plays on Spotify alone with many more on other services.
"Silver" to me feel as if you're being hugged by a warm ray of sunshine.
"Silver" brings a smooth 80s pop vibe to 2022 with the horns especially being a sensational addition to the track. The wooshing guitar is complimented by bright and vibrant drumbeats, all anchored by Silas' vocals that feel as if you're being hugged by a warm ray of sunshine.
The new release is so infectious we found ourselves listening to this a few times on loop, and if the track didn't have that smooth and alluring saxophone I think we'd still love it - but seriously that sax was a stroke of genius.
