Lifted off their debut album titled "How To Survive In The Woods", Viridian have sent us the opening track of the LP "Preface", and my goodness were we not ready for this.
"Preface" is one of the most delicate tracks I've heard in a long time, musically tender like a Thom Yorke solo track it's got big nods to Radiohead's rejected James Bone theme track "Spectre" with how cinematic and raw it feels.
With hints of Radiohead, WET and Vancouver Sleep Clinic this Canadian-based duo are set to break the international boundaries and capture the hearts of many.
Sitting at five minutes long you feel very well acquainted with it rather quickly and with the warm guitar tones mixed with one another it's truly a atmospheric piece of art. Considering that this is the opening track for the duo's debut album its' safe to say we stuck for the full duration and if you do too you shall not be disappointed.
With hints of Radiohead, WET and Vancouver Sleep Clinic this Canadian-based duo are set to break the international boundaries and capture the hearts of many, so please head on down and lose yourself in the majestic "Preface".
