Released this Friday gone was Feverjaw's new charging track, "When You Know", which is their first outing since October's single "Jurassic". The new single for me feels like a blend of hazy surf-rock and grunge in equal measures.
... it's around five minutes of pure rock and roll thrill.
The South Wales-based trio's new offering is one of those punchy tracks that has a slight whiff of nostalgia about it, and from the outset, it reminds me of the late 90s rock scene - something that perhaps that Foo Fighters would have put out back in the day, but with more hazy vocals hooks.
The guitars on this are massive and are ever-present, especially in the chorus where it feels like it's cranked up to the max. I can easily see this being a key tune in their live sets, it's around five minutes of pure rock and roll thrill.
The new single is lifted from Feverjaw’s forthcoming new EP "Intention Of Malice" which us due out later this year.
