One of our favourite bands we've discovered in recent years, Hounds Haul, is back with a banging new single. "Odyssey" continues with their big anthemic sound as you can hear from the intro, it's straight up soaring guitars and big drums that can fill the largest arena's before it quickly evolves into a monster of a tune.

In this single you can hear more twinkling guitar tones, slightly higher toned than their last outing but it seems like a natural progression from the quintet, it reminds me of the 'heavier' Foals tunes, and it certainly packs a punch when you whack the volume up in the chorus.
The Milton Keynes-based band says - "This song is the second part to a three-part project we call "The Odyssey". The project was written and created during lockdown and focuses around exploration and escapism. Odyssey is the hero song to the three-part project as we feel it is one of the most creative yet grounded songs we've made since starting Hounds Haul. If picturing the project as a movie and Odyssey as Act 2, that's where all the action happens."
