Last of the Lights drops moody new tune, "Esau’s Tears"

Last of the Lights just a few days ago dropped their moody new tune, "Esau’s Tears", and it's a proper deep-cut that anyone who is a  fan of grunge or shoegaze will absolutely adore.

The new single is the first to be lifted off their forthcoming split-EP (remember those) with a band called Arcave - who also comes from Lubbock in Texas much like these guys.
Last of the Lights sounds like they can go onto big things, and it sounds like "Esau’s Tears" may be the start of something great!

"Esau’s Tears" is a combination of deep grunge tones mixed with some bright shoegaze guitars to give it that glimmer of sunshine. But while you listen to the track you're almost blown away by the soparing vocals of Gabi, and when the track gets into a more upbeat territory around the one minute mark she really comes alive.

Having met in and around their local music scene it's a testament to other bands out there to look within your community if you're wanting to recruit. Last of the Lights sounds like they can go onto big things, and it sounds like "Esau’s Tears" may be the start of something great!
