Today (7th July) see's Tyler Elden returns with his brand new single, "Lighthouse", the first release since his 2022 track "Our Good Name" came out. The new single acting as the first taste of his forthcoming (as yet untitled) EP.
"Lighthouse" feels like Tyler hasn't even been gone, it's a classic example of his sound with his vocals acting as the highlight for me. They're slightly brit-pop infused with a garage-rock-edge to it. What we have on the track is a fine blend of punk-rock guitars, alt-rock basslines, and a drumbeat that can kick down a door as it's so ferocious.
If you're a local to New Jersey where he hails from do be sure to keep an eye on live events as this rising singer-songwriter could be performing at a venue near you. But for the time being, do be sure to follow him on Spotify and sink into his tunes.
