Back with their third single of the year is Jane N' The Jungle with their frantic new single, "Cut Me Open". Since we first picked up on the band their sound has evolved so much, and it's now the case of seemingly releasing bangers after bangers.
Frantic and loud, just how we like it.
"Cut Me Open" sits in the same realms as Paramore in terms of production values, Evanescence in terms of vocal prowess and a powerful backline to what Bring Me The Horizon use to have back in the day.
As mentioned previously, the vocals on the track are the highlight for me and are just everywhere - they really carry the track for me and gives it that atmospheric edge. The whole tempo of "Cut Me Open" suggests that this track could cause havoc when the band performs this live, it's so frantic and loud!
