The ever-rising Leeds-based band about-faces last week unveiled their catchy new single, "Cinematic and Chrome". The new single is their third of the year and closes out their 2023 campaign on a high. It's been a fantastic year for the quintet, with 20k streams spread amongst their first two singles (not bad in anyone's book!) almost cementing their place on the scene in their hometown.
If they keep up releasing music like this about-faces could be selling out venuesall over the UKall over the world.
With Leeds having a solid grass-roots scene it now seems light about-faces are looking to take it by the horns. The new track is possibly their catchiest one yet with a huge helping of strong guitar tones that sets the mood. Yes, the tempo may not be as frantic as other bands, but what these five focus on is sheer quality and making sure you can hear it, and that's what we love about them.
The playful boy/girl vocals, deep bass sounds washing off crisp guitars, and production values that even the biggest-selling artists would love to have.
