Back with her sixth single of the year is Luna Keller and her captivating new track, "Invisible Wars", is a perfect way to wrap up her campaign. "Invisible Wars" is 'chapter two' from her forthcoming concept album, with releases dropping up to the release in the Summer of 2024.
Emotional folk-driven music that can easily grab your attention.
Musically (both instrumentally and vocally) Luna sounds as good as the very best out there, think Billie Elish but with plenty more soul projected into the vocals (and of course more bpms too).
Speaking about the song Luna mentions - " ... "Invisible Wars" expresses the loneliness and frustration of struggling with a disease you can't see. Depression is really tough to live with, but it's also easier to hide than a broken bone or a physical disease."
The sheer emotion you can hear in her voice carries it for me, and when you combine it with the majesty of the string section the track feels almost ethereal and angelic. The instruments are not abrasive and end up more kissing your ears than anything to ensure that you will leave the song with that addictive vocal melody in your head.
