After releasing their debut self-titled EP last year Silver Shores this year have released a couple of singles, with the latest being this wavy new slice of classic rock, "Spitting Image".
... it's atmospheric, dark, bold, and almost psychedelic in places.
The track almost launches off with an atmospheric guitar line that is almost a hook line and sinker for me, it's incredibly enticing and I felt at one within the first 30 seconds. I get big Dire Straights tones off it, but once the track gets into the full swing of things it sounds like a slower Red Hot Chili Peppers song mixed with the vibrant guitar face-melting tones of Foals.
It's a bit of a mysterious track but the quartet has pulled it off, it's atmospheric, dark, bold, and almost psychedelic in places. Be sure to follow them as we feel like they could be onto something big.
