Back with just their third English-language song is Dirty Slippers and their new single, "On Top Of The World". The single is one of those melodic indie-rock tunes that burst with sun-kissed hooks and vocals that you'll have an urge to sing along to.
Anthemic with vocals that are urging you to sing along to.
Musically I'm reminded of the anthemic nature of The Courteeners mixed with the bright sounds of The Kooks. Even though the band is based out of Budapest in Hungary the song has this incredibly British feel to it, and a major reason for that would be that it was recorded at the legendary Abbey Road Studios with producer George Shilling (who's worked with Oasis and Frank Turner amongst others).
The song is lifted from their forthcoming album - also recorded at Abbey Road Studios - so if you're loving the sounds of this bold new tune then you certainly need to check out the album when it drops!
