Hailing from Cambridge (which is a city I know like the back of my hand) is LAY / BYE and they've recently dropped their exciting debut track, "Active!". If you're a fan of those out-and-out alt-rock anthems then this may just be a band who you'll love from the first play. We've got plenty of crunching guitar and bass tones flowing throughout this song with the sounds being slightly reminiscent of Royal Blood.

Vocally it's more leaning towards a post-punk revival band, but what this does is give the track some sense of it being easy to sing along to, which in a live show especially is key to getting newer fans on their side.
