SheBeat returns with new single, "Home"

Scotland-based singer-songwriter SheBeat has recently returned with their new single, "Home", which acts as the first release from the Edinburgh artist since the 2022 single "Rock N Roll Witch".

The track is laden with sounds from folk, indie-pop and dream-pop - all coming together like they were destined for one another.

Originally from Liverpool, SheBeat wrote the song when relocating to Leith, and you can sort of hear the Scouse influence on her with some incredibly smooth vocals (much like The Beatles toward the end) mixed in with warm and fuzzy guitars.

The sheer dreamy nature of the track is breathtaking with sounds of folk, indie-pop and dream-pop all coming together like they were destined for one another. Vocally it's on the same levels as Courtney Barnett mixed with the power of American songstress Kacey Musgraves and The Big Moon. One thing is for sure, the vocals are there and will be a key element for you when you lay your ear upon this.
