Mike Bass reveals his dreamy new single, "I've Tried"

Back with their fifth single of the year is Michigan-based singer-songwriter Mike Bass, and the single could quite easily be one of the dreamiest folk-leaning dream-pop songs I've ever heard. The soothing vocal hooks are a real treat for the ears, and when they play off the charismatic finger-picked guitars it's pure bliss.

A track of pure bliss, absolutely stunning.

Speaking about the track Mike mentions - " ... "I’ve Tried" is about close loved ones interpersonally going through the most difficult time they ever have. I’ve often felt like a bridge keeping everyone connected, but I’m beginning to feel like I don’t have the energy to try to fix the relationships and conflicts. Believe me, I’ve tried…" - and this is something I feel like a lot of people in my age range can relate to, as it's too hard sometimes to even try to fix a relationship that's not worth it.

I can see this being one of Mike's best-ever songs, to the point that this could quite easily be the gateway track into his music for new listeners, and even the track that ultimately gets him noticed by the masses.
