Lia Rye shares her new indie anthem, "Image of Grace"

Leeds singer-songwriter Lia Rye just earlier today released the brand new single, "Image of Grace". The new offering is her third of the year and also comes off the back of going clear of 70k streams on Spotify, which is amazing for an independent artist.

Speaking of the track Lia says - "[the song is a] 2000s-inspired alternative rock track that delivers a message to all who are wrongly on their high horses."

The new cut is very short and sweet, but in the two-and-a-half-minute runtime, you have plenty on offer. The intro has this big post-punk guitar riff that sounds like a Bloc Party song, and when the chorus comes in there's this rippling bassline that the likes of Interpol would love to call their own.

Vocally Lia is very commanding with the perfect balance of energetic tones and delightful yelps that'll go a long way in getting you to sing along too!

The whole tempo of the song enticed me to put the track on loop, and I'm sure in a live setting this could be quite the anthem!
