The Dubai-based singer-songwriter nfm has just recently released his upbeat new single, "daydreams". The new single is his first of 2024 and has a very solid acoustic-punk underpinning with a tempo that could easily entice a crowd to move their feet and bop their heads.

Vocally nfm is very smooth, with a slight auto-tuned sound to the vocal chords but not enough to put off the average indie-pop fan. There are some slight nods perhaps to the likes of Blink 182 here with an electronic feel washing out any of those punk attitudes, and while I headed into the last few seconds I felt like I was wanting more already!
