With over half a million plays on their music it's Memphis-based trio KARMA, and the group have recently dropped quite a fine new track, "SIS (She's Something)". The new cut is a part of their EP "SIS" and also acts as the first on the release, giving you a true insight into what the other four tracks may sound like.
A great example of a soulful female group, we need more of these!
For me this sounds like the warm and soulful tones of British pop music in the early 2000s with the likes of Sugarbabes and even the tones of Destiny's Child flowing through my ears with ease. there's no denying that the soul has been turned up to the max with a clean percussion line that'll have you moving for days on end
The fact that this sounds so cohesive is a testament to their voices, the way they flow in and out of one another is amazing, so if you are looking for a pop-leaning vocal group be sure to check out the trio of KARMA.
