Hailing from Glasgow in Scotland is The Gilhoolys with their strong new single, "Little Glasgow Boy". The band has been very active since they started dropping music on Spotify back in 2021, but we feel like this new offering could be the start of something bigger.

The sound of the single is very warm with plenty of indie-rock guitar moments and vocal hooks that the likes of The Smiths and The Manic Street Preachers are known for. The crooning nature of what's on offer is a great way for the new fan to easily sink into the track with ease, almost like you've been listening to them for years.
The fact that this is a song about their hometown also hits home to how much the place means to them, and hopefully many more as this could quite easily be an underground anthem for the indie scene.
