A favourite of the website is Adam Wedd, and today he's dropped his stunning new single, "PEDAL to the METAL". The Londoner's new single literally bursts out the blocks like Usain Bolt, it's right into the flow of things from the first second.
Those sweet harmonising melodies in the background really drew me in, and when you contrast them to Adam's direct tones it'll be sure to draw in even the most 'on the fence' listener.
... a bold, captivating track that bursts with energy, blending harmonizing melodies, swagger-filled vocals
The song is a great example of everything that Adam is about, the chorus for me is where the track is at its peak. Deep vocal moments remind me of George Ezra with the brooding tones of The Amazons mixed in for good measure, safe to say we loved this on the first listen - even my initial first play notes said 'swagger and charm'.
Recorded at various locations, including Finsbury Park and Unit 13 Studio in Bermondsey, this single is a teaser of his upcoming EP, "Merchant Man" - so be sure to follow him on the socials to keep up to date with that release!
