Right from the start I got some Joy Division vibes along with the darker tones of The Cure, and to say that this won me over may be a lie as it was the jangly chorus that comes after that done it for me. The tempo is so on point, and with a modern take on a classic alt-rock genre, this new offering from the London act goes a long way in getting new fans to delve into their back catalogue.
