"Madness Gladness" was a song that resonated with me on the first play, with my 'first play notes' even saying things like 'warm and hazy tones', and that's one thing that's evident right from the get-go. Zachary has really put in a lot of effort here to make the guitars sound absolutely huge in every way, to the point where it feels like it can be performed on the Pyramid stage in Glastonbury, captivating everyone in the field.
His vocals are more of the same, soft and raw vocal tones that envelop the instruments and use them as a launchpad to get stuck right into your head. As we've said before, Zachary Mason is an artist you need to listen to, and as soon as you do then you'll be hooked.
