I personally loved the last release from Paris-based Books Of Moods, and recently they've dropped their new single, "Gaia". The new track is also the same name of their five-track EP, with this being the opening cut – surely put first to lure in plenty more listeners to their world.

... a slow-burning, genre-blurring gem that builds with soaring guitars and rich percussion.
"Gaia" is the type of track that straddles several sub-genres but all collectively come together to create what can only be described as a truly alternative track. The vocals on this remind me a lot of The National or Elbow in terms of how captivating they are, with acoustic tones lending some grounded vibes to proceedings.
The effects on the guitars are utterly soaring, and when the burst of percussion comes in shortly after the one-minute mark, the track feels like it bursts into life. "Gaia" to me reminds me of a fine wine, it gets better with more sips (more plays), and you'll be lingering for more way after the track has finished.
