Just six days ago, Jay Putty shared his cover of John Fogerty's "Centerfield". Jay is quite the musician with millions of plays on his music via Spotify alone, and when you're listening to the cover, you can easily hear why.
... a nostalgic, sing-along gem that demands repeat listens.
The handclaps on the intro were brilliant and swiftly followed by those warm guitar tones, taking you back seemingly to the year the original song was released. Jay's vocals are nothing short of mesmerising, with me even noting down on my first play "festival-ready sing-along vocals".
The urgency of it all is great, and we found ourselves listening to this song on repeat a few times after the initial play, so we urge you to stick this on asap!
