Nick Cody And The Heartache has recently revealed the smooth new single, "The Richest Man In The World", and as soon as it opens up you're greeted with a warm guitar sound and soothing vocals.
This isn't the first time we've written about him and his band, and those comparisons against Mark Knopfler and Sting are not going away as far as I'm concerned.

The new song was written by Cody and features acclaimed cellist Liz Hanks—known for her work with The Pet Shop Boys, Liam Gallagher, and Pulp—the track pairs warm, soft instrumentation with a poignant lyrical edge alongside those retro rock sounds.
As the first of several protest singles from the forthcoming EP, "We Are the Many", it carries both relevance and a clear message for his fans. I for one will be sticking around for more singles to be released, so be sure to follow him on Spotify too!
