Ian Roland’s brand new single, "20 Breaths Of Love Per Minute", is his fourth of the year and is a great example of his tender and roots-driven sound.

It's a calming track that focuses a lot on his vocal tones, with some glorious female voices added to the background for more depth. I also liked the nostalgic acoustic textures strewn all over this, from delicate piano keys that twinkle in your ears to the jangly guitar that sounds oddly like something Johnny Marr might have written.
The Brighton-based artist certainly sounds like he's one of the best on the scene in his genre, and with sounds that'll capture the ears of Fleet Foxes fans and alike. With many live shows already done, he is sure to be the next roots/folk act you need to capture live.
