Jared Bond is back with a smooth and somewhat psychedelic sound with his new track, "AloRhYtHm". The new cut from the Kansas City-based artist is a great slice of what to expect from him moving forward.
... a funky, emotionally charged trip that feels experimental yet irresistibly crowd-pleasing.
The single is laced with plenty of funky guitar hooks, something much like the sound in Arctic Monkeys' "Humbug" to more fluid psych sounds that Tame Impala is known for. Vocally, I'd have to compare it to the likes of Kevin Parker; it's dynamic and filled with emotions at every second. The track itself is very intricate, with a kaleidoscope of sounds all mingling with one another like a sexy instrumental jamboree.
It's an experimental track indeed, but it doesn't stray too far away from sounds that Jared knows will go down a treat for the masses. Polished off to perfection, this is a real treat for the ears no matter what your genre of preference.
