Becky Raisman releases her new pop-leaning EP, "Earth Goddesses"

Coming out of the USA is Becky Raisman, and the singer-songwriter has recently revealed her new sonic EP, "Earth Goddesses". It's a three-track release, coming in at just under ten minutes long, but it still packs a punch.

The opening track is the title song, and it's a very radiant track that has soaring guitar tones wrapped up with electronic sheen, all backed up with crisp percussion and her commercially attractive vocal tones. We especially loved the breakdown after the halfway point, which really gave us some indie-rock vibes.

The track in the middle of it is titled "Live It Up, Live It Loud", and this offering is a straight-up pop banger, all backed up with a delicious guitar loop that'll engage your ears and hook you in. I did like the pacing on this one, and it has a lot of replay value too - even would go as far as saying this sounds very radio-friendly, a gateway if you will, into Becky's sound.

Closing out the trio of songs is "Shining Through My Window", and as everyone knows, an EP or an album always needs a slow tune; this is it. It's more of a self-discovering track with laid-back sounds that show off her more tender side.

Recorded at Sound Farm Studios and her producer's home, the EP radiates positivity, love, and authenticity in every note. It's a great release if you're looking to get into a new pop act that's getting settled into their sound.
