"Carnal Needs" is a mesmerising track from the get-go, with her stunning vocals adorning the electronically-charged instruments, it's a kaleidoscope of sounds that fans of indie-pop, dream-pop, electronic and lo-fi would all love.
The single is anchored by her ethereal female vocals, and I got big BANKS and even Halsey vibes from this as they're so rich and full of depth.
It could be leaning towards the more dark-pop side of things if we really wanted to put it into a genre, but one thing is for sure, with vocals like that, I don't think the genre matters, it's all about sheer talent - and Chè Aimee Dorval certainly has it.
