Gloria drop their new tune, "End of the Race (YEH)"

Manchester, UK four-piece Gloria return in explosive form with "End of the Race (YEH)". They burst onto the scene with their self-titled debut track back in 2019 and, since then, they've still been able to capture plenty of people's ears with every single release that has gone by.

... a high-octane, psychedelic-tinged indie rock blast that hooks hard and never lets go.

The new cut has a wonderfully long intro that then kicks you in the face with a burst of guitars around the 30-second mark. It's got some great depth to it, with some psychedelic textures and even drumming patterns that sound like they could be math rock. They're not, but they sound very familiar to the kind of artists I was listening to when I was a bit younger.

The chorus is incredibly driven and is definitely a big hook in the track that can blow you in further and further as every minute goes by. It's anthemic, fast-paced and has plenty of depth to it. I found myself giving this song a good few plays before I decided to write the review because I was enjoying it that much. Even on the first play, I was moshing my head along to it.
