Bursting out from the incredible scene in Reading is Wolves of Delphi. The rip-roaring new track is a raw alternative rock cut that is incredibly unpolished and organic, with me feeling almost as if I've been transported back into the mid-90s grunge scene with how the intro made me feel.
... a huge first impression with a raw, urgent, and emotionally charged alternative rock debut.
Vocally, I'm getting massive Chris Cornell vibes from this, with the deep vocals elongated on every word. It is such a powerful track, and even though they are just a duo, they have certainly made a song that sounds like they are a massive quartet or even quintet.
What is even more staggering is that this is their debut single, and as far as debut singles go, this could be up there with the very best within the genre.
It's urgent, genuine, and raw rock that is surely going to be getting lots of fans for them. It's a fantastic example of how emotional hard rock can be. Be sure to give this song a play and to follow them on the socials so you don't miss any more tracks dropping.
