Wotts, now a solo project led by musician Jay, is back with a shimmering new tune, "Surrender". This outfit does not hang around, considering that they only released their EP, "Cope", back in April. They are back with yet another example of why they are one of the most exciting acts to come out of the Canadian capital.
... a shimmering, psychedelic synth-rock anthem that proves Wotts is quickly becoming too big for Canada.
With the outfit already performing on big stages all over Canada, the new psychedelic-licked synth-rock track is a step in the right direction and is a warming cut that is sure to get new and old fans bopping along in unison.
"Surrender" serves as a nostalgic yet forward-moving anthem about shedding inhibitions, and is only confirming the fact that with every release, they seem to be just gaining traction to the point where Canada may be too small for them. So be sure to head into this new track as soon as you can. I am sure if you have never heard of them before, you will have now.
