As soon as the track starts to develop you get a saucy guitar hook, followed by a burst of anthemic sounds just before the 1-minute mark. Honestly within the first minute, I think I was hooked on the song.
There is a slight 1980s feel to this with how organic it sounds and how there are not too many effects dropped all over it. That is certainly confirmed in the final third when you can really hear her vocals coming out to shine and the driving force of the main guitar hook beckoning you forwards.
Having been mocked by the likes of BBC introducing music and having been played on many stations in Ireland, the Dublin singer is certainly a rising force in her scene.
