Danny Suede shares the sun-kissed new tune, "shadows on the pavement"

Bursting out from Spokane, United States, is Danny Suede, who has recently released his new track titled "shadows on the pavement". The new offering from the American singer-songwriter has already shot to the top of his most popular songs on Spotify, and I can easily tell why from the very first minute. ... a shimmering, uplifting slice of bedroom pop that feels made for sunny days. The opening sequence of the song is a delicate balance of acoustic guitar mixed with his serene vocals and a dash of electronic pulses just to get you all warmed up. For me, the fusion of bedroom pop and alternative pop sounds reminded me of an early Ed Sheeran as he was about to take over the British music scene. With that in mind, it sounds like Danny is also going in that direction. It is such an uplifting track and has brilliant shimmering moments that make this an unmistakably top pick for your Sunkissed playlists. He is an artist who is on the rise, so be sure to listen to him as soon as you...

Hailing from Tetbury, England is RHIC, and his latest single is a dark new track ready for the Halloween season. ... a haunting, cinematic dark-pop masterpiece tailored for the Halloween season! The cinematic single has come out at the perfect time of year, when the nights are drawing in early and the Halloween season is in full swing. Vocally, it's dark and has plenty of dream pop and dark pop textures interweaving amongst one another. Drawing upon his classical background from the Royal Academy of Music, RHIC has manipulated his vocals through a filter to turn them into a female voice to give the track extra depth and emotion. The single certainly shows how versatile he is, and with every release coming out from him, it sounds like he is really starting to get a reputation for being an artist who is not afraid to push the boundaries. The Night and The Dirty drops their charismatic new song, "Reflections"

The Night and the Dirty are based out of Seattle, Washington, and the new single from the outfit is their sixth since they started releasing music back in 2025, but it sounds to me like they've been keeping the best close to their chest. This is quite a charismatic new single with slices of indie rock and Americana. ... The Night and the Dirty deliver a dark, charismatic blend of indie rock and Americana that hooks you instantly! Vocally, this is incredibly strong, with Kelly McShane's commanding male vocals working perfectly amongst those strong guitars and atmospheric synth elements. It is a bit dark in places, but also has the trio showcasing their sound for all to hear, with massive vocal hooks intertwined with punchy drums and commanding guitars that are sure to get you hooked on the very first play. It's a hauntingly beautiful track, and I'm sure after 3 minutes and 46 seconds have ticked on by, you will be heading over to the track to add it to your playlists (as...

Matthew James Aylett reveals the cinematic song, "Dreams I Never Caught"

England-based singer-songwriter Matthew James Aylett has recently shared the closing single from his latest EP, titled "Past Goodbye". It was released back in 2025, but Matthew has since focused on getting this song, "Dreams I Never Caught", out in front of the press and ultimately your ears. ... a deeply moving, cinematic folk ballad laced with lush strings and heartfelt acoustic storytelling. It's a very simplistic track with acoustic storytelling and melancholy, with his vocals rooted seemingly in folk and Americana. The guitar tone offers you some homely feels when listening to this for the first time. I have been recently listening to a lot more folk and roots music in the last few years, and I have to say that this could be one of the most cinematic tracks I've stumbled upon. I absolutely love how cinematic the track sounds in places, with strings helping to add plenty of extra layers to what is already a stunning piece of art. If you're looking to...

Jimi Bennett Band shares the new song, "When Love Walks In"

Atlanta’s own Jimi Bennett Band has recently revealed their cinematic new track, "When Love Walks In". The opening sequence is very '80s stadium rock, mixed with a dash of country-rock tones. Vocally, it is very much in the middle of those two genres, too, sitting comfortably in the Americana rock realm of things. ... a slick and melodic debut single that blends '80s stadium rock with country-rock warmth to deliver an undeniable anthem. It's incredibly melodic and has lots of driving rhythms with pop sensibilities that will certainly help the band reach thousands of people. Now, with this single being their debut, at least according to Spotify, we can see it being a perfect gateway track into their sound. As soon as I heard this for the first time, I instantly thought about heading into their previous tracks, but alas, that's going to have to wait. But if you are near Atlanta or around the area, be sure to have a look at local listings, as I would love to see ...

Queen Anne unveils their upbeat anthem, "Greyhound."

Los Angeles indie-pop duo Queen Anne have recently dropped their fantastic and upbeat new single, "Greyhound". When the chorus comes in, it is one of those insanely well-produced indie pop songs that will be getting you out of your seat and dancing along. It's incredibly radio-friendly, and I can see this easily being their best track to date, easily surpassing their previous track, "BabyGirl", and its 130,000+ plays on Spotify. If there ever was a track to get into Queen Anne with, it would be this. It is a real thrill, and on the first listen alone, I was almost hypnotised by how upbeat, pop-driven,...

MUTE TV shares the hypnotic new single, "Broken Drum"

Hailing from Bath, England, alternative rock trio MUTE TV have recently dropped their brand-new track, "Broken Drum", which comes out via Medical Grade Music. ... a tightly honed, high-energy slice of live-recorded post-punk with hypnotic shoegaze textures and a knockout guitar solo. Recorded live at Peter Gabriel's Real World Studios, this new cut from the outfit is only their second, but it captures their energy rather well. Also, considering the fact that this was recorded live, you can easily hear how tight the band is. Once more, this track has some dreamy post-punk revival textures blended with some shoegaze moments to help really drive home their sound to anyone new who is listening. If you will, you could probably think of this as a great gateway track for the band. They are certainly making a lot of noise on the scene in the south-west of England. Siri Neel reveals her new tune, "West Street"

Copenhagen's Siri Neel has recently delivered her second single of the year, following on from the January release titled "I Think I Said Something". ... an infectious, art-pop gem bursting with vibrant Scandinavian flair! "West Street" is the new track, and right from the get-go, you're greeted with a bouncy guitar line and a tight drumbeat, mixed with thick basslines. Her vocals are very pop-infused, and the whole track has this underlying art pop quirkiness about it, giving it somewhat of a British feel despite her being based in Copenhagen. The track is only her second since her debut album came out back in 2024, but the way that this landed on my ears from the first play was tremendous. It's very pop-driven and has a fantastic beat to it, giving it plenty of opportunities for you to be tapping along to it. Its glorious pop sheen really comes to life in the final third, and as the track heads into its last minute, you're greeted with shimmering t...

Tom Hartman returns with the strong new cut, "Storm"

Rotterdam singer-songwriter Tom Hartman is back and he has delivered a haunting new track titled "Storm". We've previously had him on the website before, and for good reasons too, but when this song first opened with its jangly guitar tones and moody, almost tribal vocals, I knew that I was going to be really getting stuck into it. ... Tom Hartman blends haunting vocals, jangly guitars, and harmonica in a thunderous track overflowing with rich Americana charm. The artist is still one of those acts that is very much arising within the scene in the Netherlands, but if he keeps on making stuff like this, I'm sure he's going to break borders very quickly. The sheer talent he has is fantastic. With this track especially featuring some thunderous drums and sharp, goodly guitars that really help to bring in his vocals, one thing that I instantly thought of with the opening 10 seconds was how much it sounded like Crowded House and how there was this strong Americana charm...

Krumbukten drops their debut offering, "My Heart May Slumber"

Helsinki-based project Krumbukten introduces their upcoming album "Behind The Glass" with the strong new single, "My Heart May Slumber." This track is their first on social media, so it may look a bit suspicious that they've got zero monthly listeners and no plays. But this track literally came out a few hours ago, and by the sounds of it, it seems like they are onto big things. ... an atmospheric, six-minute debut single that delivers a sweeping, cinematic mix of alt-rock and nostalgic soundscapes. Crafted by Niklas Finnäs, who handles drums, production, and mixing, the track delivers an incredibly cinematic blend of alt-rock mixed with some cinematic soft rock tones, with sweeping production and softer vocals helping you lean into the track with ease. Now for a track that is their debut, this is nothing short of spectacular.
