babybl.u gets anthemic on debut single "highs + lows"

London's babybl.u has revealed her anthemic debut single, "highs + lows", and it's one of those tracks that you know you're going to love from the first few seconds.

The single starts off with a kicking drum, plenty of snares, and soaring synth sounds - effectively setting the tone for the track.

Once her vocals come in you know that this is going to be a single that you'll have endlessly on repeat, combine that with the crunching bass and you've got a recipe for an alt-rock anthem.

She cites  The Neighbourhood, Wolf Alice, and Foster The people as the main influences, and as far as we're concerned they're three bands that you can easily combine and fuse together to craft an anthemic indie track.

For a debut single that grabs your attention from the outset, I'm sure this will not be the last time we hear of babybl.u's mesmerising and anthemic tones.
