Addezine unveils strong new single, "Shade of Blue"

Tom Edden - aka Addezine - hails form Cheltenham, a place which is more famous for the horse racing than live music, but it sounds like that he is wanting to chance the perception. He's a is a songwriter/producer who sounds like the perfect blend of James Blake and Chet Faker in places.

All produced and made out of his bedroom he's one of those artists that you just have to love for their sheer talent. He can sing, perform instruments and produce some mesmorising moments too.

Having been picked up already by BBC Introducing and a smattering of Spotify playlists the future certainly looks bright, especially considering he's already got one track into the tens of thousands of plays in just one year of being active.

He's not an artist that sounds like the genre is clear, which for me is a fantastic way to go as he can appeal to a huge audience, taking elements from everything from lo-fi indie to RnB and soul.
