With momentum behind them Open Arms have released its first track of 2023, "Let's Just Leave It" is the new tune and is released just over a month since their 3-track EP "Telescope" - helping to capture even more fans!
The cinematic new offering showcases that the band is not slowing down and that they're full of amazing tunes.
The Birmingham quartet is certainly one of the most driven bands on the local scene and with a string of single releases behind them last year they're carrying on the hype it seems. The sound would be familiar to fans of The 1975 (before they went super pop on everyone) with moody vocals, charming synth tones flowing beneath them, and cinematic guitars propping it all up.
The track was written way back in 2020 during the first UK Covid lockdown and was created remotely between the band members via the internet - what a glorious invention. The new single is going to be pushing them in front of more people, and personally, I feel this is now their strongest track - so be sure to follow them on the socials before they get huge!
